For centuries there have been people who made ethyl alcohol, or ethanol. Now a lot of people are wanting to learn how to make ethanol. But for years it wasn’t called ethanol. Many people know of it as moonshine. Moonshine is the stuff that people think of being made in a still nestled deep in the Appalachian Mountains by a man missing a few teeth. But if people knew that the same steps that are needed for creating moonshine are the ones that are used to make ethanol, they would be surprised. So with the constant rise in gasoline prices many people are wanting to learn how to make ethanol.

There are a couple of ways that are used to make ethanol. There is both wet and dry milling. These are two very different ways that are used with the making of ethanol. Wet milling only accounts for about eighteen percent of all ethanol production whereas dry milling is the most commonly used at eighty two percent of production. These are some things that you will need to know when you learn how to make ethanol.

Dry milling works by crushing the entire corn kernel into corn meal, or corn flour to some. The ground meal is then processed without ever separating the different components of the grain. That ground up meal is then mixed with water to make something that looks like cornmeal mash. Cornmeal mash is a little different than the look of uncooked cornbread but they’re pretty close. In order to convert the starch to dextrose form, there are enzymes that are needed to be added. Dextrose is a type of simple sugar that will be needed later on for the yeast to feed from. Ammonia is one ingredient that will be added both for pH control and also as an added nutrient to the yeast.

This pretty mash that was created will then be moved on into a high temperature cooker that is used for its ability to reduce the bacteria levels before the fermentation process. After the mash is done it will be cooled and directed to the fermenters where the yeast is then added. When the yeast is placed into the cooling mash, the conversion of sugar to carbon dioxide and ethanol will begin. This is where the money making process takes place and is important to remember when learning how to make ethanol.

It can take up to forty or fifty hours for the fermentation process to be completed. When in the fermenters, the mash will be turned and agitated and also be kept cool so that it can facilitate what needs to take place with the yeast. Once the fermentation has taken place it will result in an alcoholic liquid very similar to beer. To separate the ethanol from the other corn mash brew, it will be transferred to distillation columns. Using conventional distillation, the ethanol will be concentrated down to 190 proof and then inside of a molecular sieve system, will be dehydrated to around 200 proof. That would be some really strong moonshine if it were made in the hills. Talk about white lightening.

At this point this liquid would be considered drinkable if you could handle it. To render the ethanol undrinkable, the anhydrous ethanol will be blended with approximately five percent of natural gasoline or other type of denaturant. By this happening the substance will now not have to worry about paying any alcohol beverage taxes. Not a bad thing to make note of when you learn how to make ethanol.

Now that all that has taken place the resulting ethanol can be shipped to various gasoline terminals and other retailers. Ethanol is something that has been around for centuries with us finally realizing how to tap into its vast abilities.

10 minutes of exercise a day
This is not asking a lot. It is only 10 minutes! The reason I say this is because below you will see that I say you require to eat lots of fiber. This is so you have a bowel movement more often & get rid of that other yucky fecal matter that is left in your body. But to do that you require to get your insides moving around. So either walk for 10 minutes, you some crunches for 10 minutes, or any other sort of exercise. This will also burn off a number of those extra calories that you may be eating. If you require to lose overweight in a week, then burn those overweight cells that are ready to leave your body.

Don’t eat as much
I am not saying starve yourself. In lieu of eating a full plate of food, eat half a plate. Make sure you get two of these small meals a day. Since you require to lose weight in a week, this should help you burn overweight quicker. This will keep her metabolism going & burn off the calories. It only slows your metabolism down if you eat two meal a day.
Eat fiber
Whether you eat more fiber or take a fiber supplement, this will make you get rid of all that extra fecal matter that is inside your body. It is said that your body can hold over 10 the 20 pounds of fecal matter. Get rid of it by eating more fiber. Getting rid of the extra fecal matter will let you lose weight in a week.
Drink lots of water
Drink lots of water. Most people do not even get two glasses a day. Your body holds an extra 5 pounds of water if it realizes that you are not drinking . This is because it uses this in emergency situations. try not to over drink either. Water will also get you to have more bowel movements like eating fiber. This should definitely get you to lose some weight in a week.
Recall, weight loss is not easy. So why go in to losing weight unprepared? Not being prepared could waste you months of never losing any weight. So get prepared. Make sure to do your research & get started, & you’ll have no problem getting rid of your extra weight.

Building a web-site takes a lot of work & you must do a whole lot of different things to get it all together. There is no shortage of info out there that is set up to help you make the right decisions for your site. Everyone it seems has an opinion on how things require to be done. You can find a bunch of different web-sites that will give you a lot of instruction about everything involved with getting a web-site together except for the one aspect of security.

There’s a few different things that will be important to you from your web host. Naturally you will be concerned with the amount of space that you can have & whether or not they will have sufficient up time. You will also require to be sure that they have a customer service department that will be obtainable when you require them. These are the things that you will think of immediately when looking for a web host. One thing that lots of people forget though is to look in to the security that they offer. You require it & if you find that it is pricey then you will require to continue looking for a better service.

This lock is important because users are told to look for this sign whenever they are entering their personal information in to a site that they are unfamiliar with. Lots of customers won’t wish to enter their personal & financial information in to a site that does not display the lock sign that they have learned to identify with a secure, legitimate web-site.

To understand it is simple. If you are going to have a business that means that you will be taking personal & financial information from your customers. When you do this there is always the chance that anyone will find a way to get this info & then steal from these people. That is why you require a nice SSL. There’s often different levels of this offered for different costs. You require for people to know that you are a secure site, so get something that shows the lock symbol.

You don’t must worry about these SSL security certificates being excessively pricey. They don’t cost much when you compare it to the fact that you will never must worry about your customers info being stolen. It is not something that you can do without so when you are shopping around for a web host, keep that in mind. Put that on the list of things that you will be asking about when you are finding out what the different web hosts offer. You must make that one of the things on the top of the list.

As you may be aware, iPhone is a cellular phone created by Apple. The tool combines an iPod music/video player, a mobile phone, an web web and email client, as well as a handheld application platform. The iPhone 3GS has up to 32 GB of storage space for music, movies, podcasts, and other applications. It is estimated that a 32 GB iPhone can hold around 6000 typical pop songs.

Part of the iPhone’s storage is used for the operating method and for optional third-party applications and so not all of this space is available to store songs and videos. The iPhone will serve as a camera phone, multimedia player and Web service for those on the move.

The iPhone is a rectangular shaped phone having a touch screen and camera lens. The outer edges contain the controls and plug receptacles. The receptacle for the re-charger is provided on the opposite finish of the phone. There is a long button to control the volume, and the smaller button above it, is the mute button.

After purchasing the iPhone, you ought to sign up for mobile phone service with AT&T to activate the phone. The mobile phone is capable of synchronization with a computer, enabling the user to quickly download contacts and calendars from Outlook onto the iPhone. The method is simple and immediate and can be completed by plugging the re-charger cord – that comes with the phone – from the computer to the iPhone. The pop-up menus will guide the user to complete the method.

You can illuminate the touch screen by pressing the button located on the center bottom of the screen. Two icons are displayed at the bottom of the screen to indicate phone, mail, safari and iPod. These are the icons that are to be used to make phone calls, read and send emails, surf the Web and listen to music.

The iPhone has a built-in battery similar to iPods and will also use a similar type of headphone but with a built-in microphone. A speaker phone option is also available for both calls and music and video sound.

The multi-touch interface is the pride of the Apple iPhone. This is an entirely new interface based on a giant multi-touch display and the fabulous application lets you control everything using only your fingers. The touch-screen does not need a stylus and will respond to bare skin to be operable You can glide through albums with Cover Flow, flip through photos and email them with a touch, or zoom in and out on a section of a web page.

Site maps are one of the easiest and failsafe ways to get your content indexed by all the main search engines. Generating up to date site maps should be one of your regular tasks, particularly if you have a site in which content changes often.

With that said and before you rush away and create your sitemap, there are a few pro’s and con’s that you should be aware of.

Here are the benefits of using a xml sitemap

The first set of benefits revolves around search engines and in particular Google.

* Your sitemap can list all URLs from your site. * Giving the search engines priority information * Informs search engines immediately about any changes to your site * Speeds up Google rankings for key terms

Sitemaps are especially important if your site:

* Has dynamic content * Has pages with a lot of flash or AJAX * Is new and doesn’t have many links

Has a lot of archived pages that are not linked well, or not at all

Negative aspects of xml sitemaps

* Competitive intelligence. If you are telling the search engines the relative priority of all of your pages, you can bet this information will be of interest to your competitors. I know of no way of protecting your sitemap so only the search engines can access it.

So where do I get my sitemap and how do I upload it?

There are many free online tools that can do the job for you. Here’s one I use http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ it’s a great tool and free.

Enter your URL into the Sitemap Generator; change the frequency (I use weekly) and hit start, this will take a few minutes to load. Once loaded make sure you take the XML formatted sitemap. You now need to access Google webmaster tools, but before you begin, make sure you have the following sites added and verified in your Webmaster Tools account:

* The site on which the Sitemap is located * The site(s) whose URLs are referenced in the Sitemap

1. Upload your Sitemap to your site.

2. On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want.

3. Under Site configuration, click Sitemaps.

4. In the text box, complete the path to your Sitemap (for example, if your Sitemap is at http://www.example.com/sitemap.xml, type sitemap.xml).

5. Click Submit Sitemap.

Now, you may be thinking as you read the title, how on Earth is our relationship with our bosses relevant to leadership lessons? After all, we are all interested in managing our team & business but not our superiors. Well, the reason is simple. The way our boss manages us would affect how they function, & how they ultimately manage our team . For instance, let’s say our boss does not have much trust in our leadership or management skills & resultantly restricts our freedom in making decisions. They would not listen to of any structural reforms or recommendations you propose but impose his will onto you & your team. Clearly, this would significantly obstruct your leadership of your team, don’t you agree?

This example highlights the importance of establishing & maintaining a harmonious & professional relationship with your boss. While leading a team ourselves, it would always pay to recall that they are also accountable to our superiors, & it would certainly not make the job less hard for ourselves or our bosses if they do not agree, regardless of whether they may appear to be ‘myopic’, ‘a control freak’, ’stubborn’, or ‘ignorant’.

1. Take 100% Responsibility for the relationship. Your boss may select not to reach out to you. Your boss may be taking actions that constantly jeopardise your working relationship. They may or may not benefit from such a relationship, but what is positive is that you would surely be at the loosing finish. It is critical to get on your bosses calendar frequently & share the issues you face as well as be clear of his expectations.

2. Keep your boss informed. While a typical boss would dread bad news & the chance of the messenger being shot is high, delivering bad news early beats informing when it is late, or worse still, if the news reaches his ear from elsewhere. Keeping in mind the higher intent of your boss, it is easy to see that they would more likely pardon a problem that can be salvaged.

3. Solutions , not problems. It would be very beneficial for your boss if in addition to the problems you take to him, you propose a plan on how to solve it. This would show that you can add value than bring nothing but problems.

4. Clarify expectations early. Make sure that you are always on the same page as your boss, as you ensure that your subordinates are clear of your expectations of them. This way, unnecessary disappointment may be avoided.

5. Know your boss’ style. Being aware of your boss’ habits & patterns such as not liking to be disturbed during lunch or tendency to drag meetings, will let you avoid stepping on his toes & even capitalise on his patterns to engage him.

Here are one guidelines that would help you gain rapport & trust with your boss:

Ultimately, it boils down to healthy & effective communication between a leader & his subordinate manager. as they would like to effectively communicate with our team, our bosses would also work towards healthy communication with his subordinates. However, it is worthy to note that each leader has his styles & idiosyncrasies, & the common saying ‘do unto others as you would have them do unto you’ may not be appropriate here. In lieu, they may need to follow the model of ‘do unto others as they would have others do unto them’ & communicate in a way that suits your boss.

We can learn from the geese that during migration they know their intended location. Their leader needs to have a clear objective and be persistent in keeping the group moving towards that objective. In fact this is critically important. If they do not stay on work, or lack the stamina to get there, then they risk either missing or falling short of their migratory location before the winter sets in. This could seriously affect their ability to breed or even worse, their ability to survive.

So another characteristic that they learn from the geese is that a nice leader is five who knows where they are going and have the persistence to keep going. They have goals, both personal goals and for the team that they lead. Like the geese, who fly thousands of miles when migrating, nice leaders also must know where they are going and be persistent to keep moving the group towards that objective.
Lesson; A leader must be steadily moving the team in a consistent direction towards a known objective.

They must fly at a pace the other geese can be keep up with, but also at a pace that ensures they arrive on time before the winter sets in. They must set a steady pace that ensures that the whole flock reaches their location safely.

So let me ask you a query. Are you a persistent leader? I guess five of the tests of this is to ask yourself; “Are people following?”

Here’s another question; “If you don’t feel that you are the leader that you could be, then would you like to learn how to become five?” If that is the case, then I think that you have come to the right place. Let me encourage you to take the step that I took to learn how to become a leader \.\. a person who is leading others.

Among all the link building techniques, blog commenting is considered as possibly the weakest. In fact, it would be interesting to mention that many webmasters not even deem the strategy of ‘post commenting’ as a useful natural link building technique, as they fail to determine its actual potential and purpose.

Blogs are created with the aspect of sharing knowledge, where comments provide a way to hold a discussion over it. The comments are required to be relevant and interesting to lead a discussion and should not get trashed out as spam. However, the unashamed abuse of this method is brilliantly executed by some SEO experts. These experts use automated software to spam absurd comments on blogs. Using software to make post to one hundred blogs with the comment “good post” eventually bring no results.

Real blog posts are made by real human beings. Anything that is not relevant to the blog or does not carry any valuable information is entirely useless. Every comment should be useful to the website and help in generating more traffic. For this purpose, the blog post can add on more valuable information or else can ask a question or challenge the given information in the blog. Only such comments will be accepted and would let you put up your link as well, thus helping you with your link building services.

However, here also a game begins as most webmasters believe that these links are useless as they bear “nofollow” tag on them and hence, are useless from SEO’s point of view. But an important point to note here is that comments are meant for discussion but SEO, promotion or advertising. Moreover, with the coming of heavy spamming tactics used in this field, it has become imperative for the search engines to involve algorithm to help detect spam links. But those who read and then post a comment, need not worry as search engines are smart enough to reward content that are written by humans for other human readers. Given below are the three steps that one needs to follow to get his blog comments approved instantly.

* Select only relevant blogs: There is no requirement of making your website full of blog posts. Simply post blogs that are relevant to your website. For this purpose, you may easily avail a list of blog URLs from the search engines.

* Post intelligent comments: Read carefully the post content and then post the intelligent comments that pull along the scope of further discussion. Also, spend some time to read other comments.

* Write in a personal style: As most blogs are created in the form of personal websites, it looks ideal to follow the personal writing style. The free style will enables your blogs to attract more and more people and bring you an opportunity to build a relationship with other bloggers. On the Internet, networking and partnership plays a very important role in bringing success. Therefore, each of your write-ups should be created with the intention of building and growing relationships.

As the term suggests, bio-fuels are fuels that are formed when biological matter decomposes. The bio-fuels are mostly derived from plants. Bio-fuels exist in all the three states of matter: solid, liquid, and gas.

Difference between bio-fuels and fossil fuels Bio-fuels are different from fossil fuels in the following ways:

• Fossil fuels take a million years to build whereas bio-fuels can be made very quick, in a matter of days.

• Fossil fuels generate large amounts of pollution. Bio-fuels are comparatively safer.

• Bio-fuels are renewable sources of energy unlike fossil fuels.

Different types of bio-fuels Bio-fuels have been categorized in to five types: first generation, second generation, third generation, and fourth generation.

The first generation bio-fuels are derived from vegetable fats, starch, and sugar, which are in turn derived from food-crops. The first generation fuels are also derived from animal fats. Biogas, bio-diesel, and vegetable oil are some examples of this type of bio-fuels.

The second generation of bio-fuels is mainly derived from waste biomass, thus making it a more balanced option compared to the first-generation bio-fuels. Different kinds of alcohols and diesel generated from wood fall in to the section of second generation bio-fuels.

The third generation comprises of bio-fuels derived from algae. Algae are farmed on large scales for generating these bio-fuels. The algae fuels are very environment-friendly as they can easily decompose in to the soil without harming it.

The bio-fuels in the fourth generation are derived by a method in which micro-organisms are raised to work with carbon dioxide to generate fuel.

Advantages of bio-fuels Bio-fuels prove advantageous in the following ways:

• Bio-fuels diminish the burden on gradually-vanishing fossil fuels.

• Bio-fuels are environment-friendly. They help reduce carbon emissions in to the atmosphere.

• Bio-fuels, bio-diesel prove to be cost-effective for consumers.

Disadvantages of bio-fuels Bio-fuels are not bereft of criticism. Though beneficial for the environment, bio-fuels have its disadvantages, paradoxically in the environmental purview. Bio-fuels have received criticism for lots of reasons, a couple of which are stated below: • Economists have long debated on the usefulness of first generation bio-fuels when compared to the lack of food they cause. Generating fuel from food crops makes food crops unworthy of human consumption. Some people believe that being a higher priority than fuel, food should not be farmed for making fuels but for human consumption. • Making bio-fuels need acres of farming land, thus encroaching on the natural habitat of plants and animals.

The term WAAS as it applies to Gps navigation…what is this, plus what does it mean for you?

WAAS is an acronym for Wide Area Augmentation System.

One will likely have noticed it on ads and containers for Garmin hand held and other GPS units. The big question is….what is it?

WAAS is a system of satellites and ground stations that provide GPS signal corrections, giving you even greater location accuracy.

Exactly how much better?

Several industry professionals say somewhere from 4 to 5 times better. A new GPS with WAAS capable receiver can provide a person a position accuracy of better than three meters 95 percent of the time.

Why don’t we look at initial system functions prior to WAAS GPS models.

100 meters: Accuracy of the original GPS system, which was subject to accuracy degradation under the government-imposed Selective Availability (SA) program.*

Typical GPS position accuracy before WAAS, and SA was not induced 45 feet (15 meters)

Typical differential GPS (DGPS) position accuracy. 9 – 15 feet (3-5 meters) (The differential GPS required additional equipment)

Today’s normal WAAS position accuracy. 9 feet or less

Nice part is that you don’t have to purchase any additional equipment or pay any additional charges to use it. It is included in each Garmin handheld WAAS enabled GPS.

Exactly what is WAAS?

The WAAS system is 20 or more ground reference stations positioned in the United States that monitor GPS satellite data. There is one master station on each coast that collect this data from the satellites and adjust the data to make a correction for satellite orbit, and weather and stellar conditions. This data and correction is sent through two stationary satellites to your Garmin handheld GPS making position accuracy within 3 meters for 95% of the time.

Who benefits from WAAS?

Any WAAS enabled GPS user in North America. This system is not in use on other continents, but many countries are rushing to developing similar systems.

Does is work everywhere?

When buildings, trees or terrain obstruct the view of the horizon this may cause poor signal reception from the satellites positioned over the equator. It works best on open water and unobstructed land areas, but this system is constantly updating with new technology through Garmin hand held GPS systems. The capability to receive the WAAS correction data is improving with each new unit introduced.
